Itinerary Creation
(Non-Group Vacation)
Includes:
- One consultation (30 minutes)
- One custom vacation plan including hotel/cruise, air, and transfers. Any additional desired excursions or reservations must be communicated in the initial consultation
- One revision to the original proposal
- Booking and processing of the itinerary
$25 Flat Fee
Service fee; not applied to final payment
Itinerary Creation (Not Booked Through DNT Experiences)
Includes:
- One consultation (30 minutes)
- One custom vacation plan including hotel/cruise, air, and transfers. Any additional desired excursions or reservations must be communicated in the initial consultation
- One revision to the original proposal
$50 Flat Fee
Service fee; you will receive a full trip itinerary. You will be responsible for booking your arrangements.
Single Component Bookings
Includes:
- One 15 minute consultation
- Booking of one component of travel such as; Air Only, Hotel Only, Rental Car Only, Etc.
$20 Flat Fee
Service fee; not applied to final payment
Group Trip Planning
(10+ People)
Includes:
- Three 30 minute consultations
- One custom itinerary including all hotel/cruise accommodations, flight, transfers, and excursions/tours
- One revision to the original proposal
- 24/7 concierge service for the duration of the trip
$20 per person
This fee will be applied to the final payment of the trip. If the trip is cancelled for any reason, the fee will be treated as a service fee for time worked and will not be refunded.
Policies
There are cancellation policies, change fees, and penalties that apply to your travel plans and services. All fees will be disclosed in detail on your invoice.
All itinerary/booking cancellations incur a fee of an additional $25, separate from the initial service fee. This will be automatically charged to your credit/debit card on file and is not negotiable. The supplier may charge a cancellation fee that is separate from the agency’s fee. The suppliers cancellation policy will be communicated on your proposal and requires a signed acknowledgement.
A signed Service Fee Agreement is required by all clients before a consultation is booked.
